For our client Hudl Focus, we worked on the development of an intelligent camera designed for live streaming of sports events, such as football matches, among others. This camera stands out for its ability to automatically track the movements of the game, using advanced technologies that provide real-time coverage without manual intervention.

Our team of professionals was responsible for several key aspects of the project, starting with the manufacturing of components with high precision, using techniques such as CNC milling in ABS, PMMA, and polycarbonate (PC) to achieve top-quality, durable parts. We also meticulously worked on the finishes, ensuring that each piece had the perfect final touch.

One of the distinctive features of the camera is the sealed logo on the metal plate, located on the top and in color, adding a touch of customization and distinction to the product design. Additionally, we designed and manufactured thermal diffusers, with various styles and different structures, developed through feasibility studies to ensure optimal performance under demanding conditions.

Regarding the camera lenses, we handled the selection and adaptation of the most suitable optics to ensure the highest image quality and tracking during events. We also developed a functional prototype, which underwent the homologation process before proceeding to the manufacture of the final product.

The project also involved overmolding with polyurethane resin in orange, featuring a soft touch finish, providing a pleasant texture and excellent wear resistance. This integrated approach to design and manufacturing allowed the final product to be innovative, functional, and of high quality, meeting the highest standards for live streaming and sports analysis.
