Project description
Overview and its purpose
In the RGN Plume project for INDIBA, our company was responsible for the development and manufacturing of a unique product, following the highest standards of quality and precision. The production was carried out in small series, with approximately 200 units made on demand, allowing us to meet the client’s specific requirements and ensuring the exclusivity and customization of each piece.
A key aspect of the project was the use of laboratory-approved V0 material, complying with current regulations. For the manufacturing of the parts, we used polyurethane resin designed for silicone molding, which allowed the use of alternative technologies to achieve a high-performance final product. This material not only meets safety requirements but also ensures durability and resistance under demanding conditions.
Aesthetically, the product was designed with great attention to detail, featuring RAL 9001 finishes in a matte texture that enhance both its visual appearance and tactile feel, offering a pleasant sensation to the user. Additionally, overmolding with elastic polyurethane was incorporated, providing greater resistance and durability for everyday use.
The manufacturing process for the parts involved the creation of masters with complex geometries, which required a high level of engineering and precision. This challenge was addressed with meticulous attention, ensuring that each part met the exact specifications required for final assembly.
The product assembly phase was equally delicate, with precise adjustments made to ensure perfect integration of all components. Furthermore, the quality control process was thorough and rigorous, guaranteeing that all units produced met the highest standards before being delivered to the client.
This project not only demonstrates our ability to work with advanced materials and innovative technologies but also showcases our expertise in creating aesthetically perfect, technically complex products tailored to the most demanding needs of our clients.
